Alexander Boyko Russian Businessman

Alexander was born and raised in the city of Tiraspol, Moldavian SSR. However, the businessman was drawn to Moscow, then the capital of the USSR, because he wanted to obtain a college education. In 1986, he graduated from Moscow Forestry Institute with a degree in Forestry Engineering. In 2003, he graduated from the Russian State University for the Humanities with a major in Economics. He went on to earn a Ph.D. in Economics.

 

During the 1980s, he worked for the USSR Ministry of Defense in 1989 at the 2nd Central Military Hospital named after Pavel V. Mandryka as an agronomist. Following that, he worked for five years (since 1990) at "Ozelenie" P.C. in the position of deputy director. Over the next two years (1995-1996), he worked with the Harvard Club and the Harvard School of Business on investment events. Following his nomination as Chairman of the Russian Union of Self-Regulatory Organizations of Arbitration Trustees, he was elected in 1996.

 

Between 2006 and 2008, he worked on a project to establish a regulatory structure for technical regulation in the electric power industry of RAO UES of Russia. He served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of LLC IC "Energy Renovation Center" (operator of B2B-Energo).

 

B2B-Center is the world's first electronic trading system for corporate clients. Alexander Alekseevich is Chairman of its board of directors today. The B2B-Center was the first of its kind to emerge in Russia. He does a fair and transparent business to avoid any corruption and illegal activities. Alexander Boyko's sons are entirely hands-on in the industry and hold high-ranking positions. They have earned the same excellent reputation as their father.
